This is a great foundational class

Astrid teaches skills and demonstrates how to use them in a wide variety of ways leaving it open for personalization. I liked the baths, spritz and floor washes because smoke for cleansing has always been the thing used foremost but its not always applicable for everyone in every circumstance. Its nice to have non-smoke, cleansing options for places and people. I just went and used a wash on my room. The atmosphere is much nicer when the house gets cleared out.
